Facial Specialty Program
Preventative and corrected skin care is essential to overall health and appearance. Students will be trained in facials, waxing, microdermabrasion, makeup and nutrition. Students will learn to identify and treat disorders of the skin and the use facial techniques to improve the appearance of aging. The understanding of the equipment and products along with hands-on training will prepare graduates for a choice of successful career opportunities.
The Facial Specialty Program is a 260 hour program, which is taught over a period of 12 weeks. Practical skills and theory allows the student to promote the importance of skin care and products to their clients. The curriculum includes facial manipulations, anatomy, makeup, hair removal and proper disinfection.
